About Us
Our principal, Catherine Brown, is known for creating unique refined spaces that embrace the qualities of balance, order and grace. Inspired by such design icons as Barbara Barry, Catherine loves the blend of stylish contemporary with the sophisticated structure of mid-century and classics to create playful yet timelessly elegant design.
Catherine has a background in real estate development including multi-family, mixed use commercial, restaurant, retail and boutique luxury hotel design. Her designs have been published and awarded in both Canada and the United States.
She has donated her time to Housing Works Design on a Dime in New York City benefiting the fight against AIDS and has also donated her design of great spaces for Children’s Hospital, the Easter Seals House and the Variety Club Telethon VIP Lounge.
Catherine sits on the Advisory Board for the Interior Design Program of the Art Institute and the Architectural Digest AD360 Advisory Board.
